FAQ's

Here you will find our FAQ's section. We keep this page for all those little things that might not be so clear when navigating through the website, so they are all here just incase you need to know sometime that might not be so obvious. 

What areas do you cover? 
As I am located in Surrey, but yet mobile I can cover most areas London and those areas around the M25. 

Do you still carry out your services in bad weather? 
Whilst I would love to be able to not have to rebook any clients due to bad weather sometimes it is unavoidable, such as too cold, too wet or too hot.  

I live within the ULEZ zone, do you charge extra for this? 
No I do not charge extra for ULEZ. I currently have to pay the ULEZ cost as I don't have a ULEZ exempt van but this does not mean I charge you the ULEZ fee. 

Do you need a water and/or power supply to be able to work? 
I carry water on board the van in the form of a 210ltr baffled water tank so its most likely that we will have enough water to carry out the service without the need to have an outside water supply available but may need in extreme circumstances. I have a generator on board for power but a plug socket could be utilised if on offer to cut down on our emissions and noise from my generator. 

Do you offer any discounts for regular clients? 
I already have our plans on our booking page for clients who wish to commit to a regular service and these already include a discount. We are happy to offer a discount if you have more then one car to be cleaned in the same location. 

What products do you use? 
We use various products on our services, all are which are market leading. We use trade products in the form of autosmart and autoglym for the "cleaning" side of things and then an array of gtechniq, carbon collective to name a few for the protection stages. 

Would you be happy to sign a NDA prior to any work being undertaken due to anonymity? 
We have had many a famous client in the past and some still remain with DC'S. We are happy to sign any NDA agreement to make sure you feel your privacy is respected at all times. 

Why are your services both valeting & detailing? 
Back in 2007 when we was founded, everything was valeting but since the car cleaning industry has evolved its coined the term detailing (which in a nut shell is the highest level of car cleaning you can get). We split our services into both categories as theres still many a client that need an in depth valeting option, whereas some clients need ceramic coatings and machine polishing options. Either was your car is given the upmost care be it either with a valeting or detailing option from DC'S. 

I want a bespoke service, can you still help? 
Of course I can. I understand that everyone who visits our website may need something not currently listed or a combination of two different services. Get in touch and I will try my best to help. 

What days of the week do you offer? 
I currently offer services Monday to Sunday. Opening at 8am and closing at 6pm. These times will obviously vary if we are booked up etc. Weekends get booked up in advanced so pre booking is always advised. 

Can I speak to you over the phone or is it email only? 
I am contactable via email, our contact form or on the phone most of the day. If I miss your call, email etc I will get back to you ASAP. If your enquiry is urgent please leave a voicemail and/or text. 

Ive found the same service you offer for cheaper can you beat it? 
We sadly dont do any "price beating" offers. We have put together the services and costs based on what I know will enable us to do that particular job to the best of my ability.  What another company can offer cant be compared to what I offer and vice versa. Every business is different and works in a different way, "Bob's Car Wash" or "Delight Detail" might be cheaper. We compare DC'S to DC'S, we are in competition with DC'S, everyday.
